CHECK IN time is 3:00 PM CHECK OUT time is 1:00 PM for Sites, 11:00 AM for Cabins
 
CABINS: Please remember to bring your own bedding, pillows & towels. Add 4% Tourism Levy to prices. Sorry No Pets allowed in cabins. Some cabins rented weekly only in high season.
 
RESERVATION FEE: An $8.00 non-refundable reservation fee is charged for each reservation made at time of booking for each site or cabin.
 
PAYMENTS: Full payment is processed at the time you make your reservation with a valid Visa or Mastercard. For reservations longer than a weekend or long weekend, 50% of total is processed. Upon arrival, any balance of fees owing may be made by cash, Debit, Visa, M/C.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel a reservation, you must call at least 14 days before your arrival date to receive a refund. If you cancel after this time, all fees & payments are non-refundable and you will not receive any refund. If you wish to reschedule there is no additional reservation fee.
 
SPECIFIC SITE REQUESTS: Your site requests are welcome but please remember that we cannot guarantee them and we reserve the right to move reservations as we deem necessary.
 
PET RESTRICTIONS: One pet per registered site only. Sorry no aggress breeds. No pets with visitors.
 
MARINA: $15 per day (minimum of 2 days on weekends) $95 per week
 
BEACHING: $10 per day (minimum of 2 days on weekends); $63 per week
 
LOCKED STORAGE COMPOUND: $10.00/day; $63.00/week Boats: $250/yearly RV: $350/yearly.
No refund on any Storage charges. Moving RV or Launching Boat by Leisure Staff: $15/each way.
 
DAY USE CHARGES: Minimum charge of $5.00 per vehicle. $2.00 per person, children under six no charge. No pets allowed. See posted rates in registration for low season. Beaching & self-launching of boats is allowed for a fee except on any long weekend and weekends in high season.

Leisure Campground 2008 Seasonal Rates
We have a seasonal wait list which you may add your name to if we do not have a site available or if there isn’t one suitable for you. You must renew this information every year as we start a new list every May. It is a good idea to list your site preferences and to provide an email address in your contact information. Please note that once you are a ‘Seasonal’ any sites that become available are offered to you first. Again, this is renewed every May. New Seasonals pay a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to secure a site.
 
Prices for full service (power, water, sewer) start at $1925 for a 15 amp, $2325 for a 30 amp and $2550 for a 50 amp site. Some 15 amp sites can be upgraded to a 20 amp for an additional $125.00.
 
The park operates with the following cycles:
Spring Storage Season: April1 – May 14
Summer Operating Season: May 15 – September 15
Winter Storage Season: Sept 16 – March 31
The park opens May 1 to Sept 30 with limited operations during this time.
 
A deposit of $300.00 ($500.00 for new Seasonal) is due by September 15 to hold site to April 1. This deposit is applied to the next season site rental but is non-refundable if the seasonal decides not to return. Provided the seasonal pays the balance due by April 1, no fees will be charged for the spring storage season. A $10.00 per day late charge is applied if RV is not removed promptly if pulling out in the spring. See contract for details.
 
Winter Storage Fees: $210.00 due Sept 15th.
 
BOATS and all watercraft fees for the summer operating season:
Inland Marina: $575.00
Floating Dock: $600.00
Oversize:
 $525.00
Track System on Beach: $350.00

Storage, Beaching & Launching Privileges: $300.00
 
TENTS on site: $10.00 if pre-registered, regular tenting rate if security or management has to request payment. Please see contract for details as payment is not always necessary.
